Adviesbureau Stop femicide zet zich in om intieme terreur, gender gerelateerd geweld, gender ongelijkheid en femicide te stoppen. Dit doen we in samenwerkingsverbanden, omdat complexe problematiek beter aangepakt wordt als je het in samenwerking met een goed en sterk netwerk doet. Ons netwerk is groot. We werken samen met vrouwenopvang, gemeentes, ministeries, nabestaanden, slachtoffers, advocaten, media, wetenschappers, onderzoekers en nog veel meer nationale en internationale organisaties.
Het bestrijden van intieme terreur en femicide gaat in onze ogen, het beste door vanuit de vier landelijke pijlers te werken uit het aanpakplan stop femicide en hier zorg voor nabestaanden aan toe te voegen. Dit is daarom ook onze werkwijze. We zetten ons niet alleen in om het erkennen en herkennen van intieme terreur en femicide te vergoten en de grondoorzaak: genderongelijkheid tegen te gaan, maar willen ook dat de hulp en strafmaatregelen die bescherming moeten bieden, zo op orde zijn, dat ieder die zich herkent in waarschuwingssignalen van intieme terreur de juiste hulp kan ontvangen.
Dit is een grote opdracht, maar door de goede samenwerking met het grote netwerk, staat ons Adviesbureau bekend om mooie resultaten.
